What causes the malfunction of home appliances? Other than human damages, the most common problems are broken parts or dysfunctional electronic components, in particular, over-heated integrated circuits which may result in function instability, shorter life span even device explosion. The overheating issue often comes from the center of the electronic device or inside the integrated circuit. The function of the heat dissipation component is to absorb heat and dissipate it internally or externally to ensure the right temperature of the device itself.
