Liquid Cooling
Liquid Cooling
Liquid cooling is adopted in advanced computing and electronics, using water block to take heat away from the heat source, such as processor and chipset. Liquid cooling plate employs heat pipe, path or tube to heat sink with flowing liquid (coolant) that intelligently absorbs heat sources in a cycled process from evaporating, adiabatic transporting to condensing. The cycle initiates from the liquid is in contact with the hot interface and absorbs heat then turns into vapor; the vapor travels along to the cold interface and condenses back to liquid, thus releases the latent heat. This process not only ensures equipment operating under proper temperature but also enhances its stability and lifetime.
Customized liquid cooling oftentimes involves secondary process. Zaward provides services of CNC precision machining, punching machine, Reflow soldering, Hydraulic machine, and Friction Stir Welding (FSW) in straight and curve.
