28.Surface Treatment Introduction-Electrostatic Coating
Following by anodizing and electroplating, this issue we continue with another surface treatment “Electrostatic Coating”. It is a process that efficiently applying certain or multiple properties on the surface of a workpiece in chemical or physical methods. This process sufficiently elevates product value, strengths workpiece hardness and increases friction, wears resistance as well as prevents rusts and corrosion.

Fan performance is essential in thermal related products. Modifying electrical function is commonly applied which we have introduced in last year’s edition. Today we will focus on mechanical sections which include impeller, frame and LED lights.
26.Surface Treatment Introduction-Electrostatic Coating
Surface treatment is a value-added final touch for heat sinks. It not only enhances thermal conductivity, duration but also gives aesthetic nuance on heat sink outlook. Zaward offers various surface treatment such as anodizing, electroplating, powder coating, polishing, and sand blasting. In this issue of newsletter, we will start with anodizing and electroplating.
