Polymer heat sink offers high thermal radiation, easy formation for design flexibility in various shapes, pin and fin surface, and long product life expectancy compared to other heat sinks. It is an ideal alternative for small-sized extruded and die-casting heatsink, particularly suitable for low to medium applications.
Non-conductive, anti-oxidation, no Electromagnetic interference (EMI), corrosion-resistance and no flammability are characteristics of polymer compounds.

Polymer compounds are 40% lighter than aluminum, and it’s an ideal alternative for small-sized extruded and die-casting heatsink. The surface itself can be used as the interface for heat dissipation particularly suitable for low to medium applications. It is an eco-friendly product which doesn’t require secondary treatments and it’s RoHS and REACH compliant.
It offers flexibility in design. Polymer heat sink not only has better the heat transfer performance than metal and ceramics but also has advantages in performance and cost (see table below).
