A recent movie “Hidden Figures” unveils the story of three amazing women and the transition from human to electronic computing during the mid-20th century. Computing has been evolving drastically, and higher performance consequently generates more heat. A DC motor is a rotary electrical machine that converts direct current electrical energy into mechanical energy, and forces produced by magnetic fields. Its low electromagnetic interferences and sufficiency to prevent overheating issues result in superior energy saving. DC fans are compatible with other DC devices, customized to system requirements and thus escalate operation efficiency, that which offer higher flexibility compared to AC fans. In addition, DC fans function best under low pressure and with reduced fan speed, the noise level can be kept at a minimal, and consume at least 50% less power than AC fans. DC fans are extensively adopted in a variety of applications, including computing, server, telecommunication equipment, automotive, IPC, and home appliance.
