Ceramic vs. aluminium heatsink
Ceramic heatsink constantly dissipates heat through its high-density pores in natural air convection, whereas aluminium heatsink absorbs heat in full capacity before dissipating heat. When aluminium heatsink is overloaded with heat, the heat will be transmitted to the IC and result in IC shut down.

The ceramic heatsink features continuous heat dissipation can effectively protect the IC without accumulating heat and keep IC operate at normal temperature.
