Sustainability in Heat Sink Process – Part II

Our act to environmental regulations and Green plan

Continuing the topic from last month, this issue we shift to our measures to work with the supply chain and comply with the environmental regulations from the local authority. In recent years, environmental awareness worldwide has been rising, materials and environmental regulations have been tightened. China is looking to set tougher goals in a new three-year “green” plan to improve air quality with stricter regulations. Here is our act for Green supply chain management.
Zaward’s Act – Go Green
All our suppliers and production base are educated to accommodate our GREEN policy.
G – Generate less waste.
R – Recycle everything that cannot be reused.
E – Educate the supply chain on eco-friendly options.
E – Evaluate the environmental impact of actions.
N – Nourish discussions and activities that integrate environmental education into existing resources.

Implement “Go Green” in Heat Sink Process
We implement our green policy in every step of the project and constantly seek for the most sustainable outcome and product without compromising thermal efficiency. See our approaches in heat sink process.

Skiving Process the first step of this process is to choose the right size of raw material (Aluminum or copper). We adopt the policy “G- generate less waste” to select the closest size to the final product dimension to avoid waste, minimizing scraps generated which often requires the secondary treatment for a smooth surface.

And the “N – Nourish discussions and activities that integrate environmental education into existing resources”. Our machinery is regularly inspected, ensuring all blades are in good shape to avoid defective heatsink made from the unsharpened blade, ended up in waste. FSW Process drastically changes the dynamic of heat sink dimensions and refrain from the long-going limitation issues. In the past, machine scale often restricted the heat sink length and resulted in high defective rates. FSW process is a perfect realization of our policy “E- Educate the supply chain on eco-friendly options.”,. proposing customers

and suppliers suitable manufacturing process. FSW joints two or more heat sinks and can be extended indefinitely, as well often used in the limited machine to meet the demand. Watch how it works: https://youtu.be/4sXP896HWIw

Zaward is ready to challenge the next step for environmental protection and energy conservation and try our best to make a contribution to the earth. Continuing to develop processes and products that are good for the environment. And we look forward to enhancing the sustainable use of our products through environmental regulations in all countries. Please share and exchange your view with us.
