In addition, it can be installed in flat surface of aluminum, copper plate and die casting part as well as fabricated on copper rods, vapor chamber plate, and heat pipes. To optimize the cooling ability, heat pipes and channels can be embedded for liquid cooling as well. It is, indeed, an integrated thermal module in high capability of heat dissipation.
