Our soft approach to battle Covid 19: Respiration
Everything has changed. What we usually considered as normal, business travels, dining out, happy Friday drinks, have turned to impossible after the spread of coronavirus. Worries over loved ones, panic shopping, or locked down awkwardly become the norms.
In thermal industry, our topics always relate to “ heat dissipation”, now along with the quarantine measures, perhaps it is time for us to calm down, reflect our mind and soul and” dissipate” negative thoughts, like what we constantly seek to solve the heat solution.
Keeping a structured routine is essential even if working from home, like how we used to cope with jetlag. Our soft approach is to practice respiration, five minutes a day, to uplift our energy. This might sound absurd to some. “don’t we breathe every day?”, said that we rarely pay attention to how we breathe and oftentimes take it for granted. Here is the S.T.O.P practice from website “Mindful” for guidance, let us exhale the negative worries and inhale fresh air to nourish our cells. Pace ourselves and be ready for the path to the next normal.
