Liquid cooling plate employs heat pipe, path or tube to heat sink with flowing liquid that intelligently absorbs heat sources in a cycled process- evaporating, adiabatic transporting and condensing. Liquid in contact with hot interface absorbs heat and turns into a vapor; the vapor travels along to cold interface and condenses back into liquid, thus releasing the latent heat. This process not only ensures equipment operating under proper temperature but also enhances its stability and lifetime.
