How does CNC machining process work?
Starting from designing the structure to CAD file, the commands and codes sent to pre-set CAD / CAM programs, placing the block of alloy (aluminum or copper) on the workstation and CNC machining will automatically cut off unnecessary part as designed structure.

Our CNC machinery ranges from normal machining center, high-speed machining, to double column machining center. Table length and width starts from 650, 850 up to 1200 models with option of 3 or 4 axes. Our equipment can achieve complex requirements such as mills, drills, and saws. With precise mechanical tool, it can reach accuracy to +/-0.05mm.
In addition, surface treatment such as anodizing, polishing, sandblasting, and satin finishing and other customized requirements can be fulfilled as well.
