World hunger has surged up to 820 million people in 2019, whilst an estimated 1.3 billion tones of food is wasted each year, equivalently to around one-third of the food produced for human consumption. The UN, researcher and charities are collaborating to tackle this issue. Given the exhaustion of natural resources, scrap recycling is always under the spotlight across factories and enterprises across the world. Scrap aluminium recycled ingot is now a predominance in the aluminium industry.

At present, most of the aluminum materials used by ZAWARD are AL6063/AL6061, aluminum alloys suitable for heat treatment, such as extruded and skived processes.
ADC 12 is usually adapted to the die-casted process which involves high- temperature melting furnace operation, in which the waste material can be melted and reused simultaneously. The scrap aluminum is melted, refined and adjusted in the furnace, generally in the reverberator furnace and electric furnace and casted into recycled aluminum ingots (see below die-casted process)

Besides, waste copper can be recycled. The scrap copper recycling process is very simple. First, sort the collected scrap copper; scrap or copper alloy with no contamination and the same composition can be returned to the furnace for melting and used directly. The heavily polluted scrap copper should be further refined to remove impurities.
