Today, 30 billion tons per year of CO² is related to human activity. The carbon emission is seriously influencing the human environment and climate crisis. Scientists have been warning that if the temperature rise is not well controlled, the earth will be accelerated destruction. Therefore, how to reduce carbon emissions has become a major issue to be tackled urgently.
Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is responsible for about 1.5% of worldwide carbon emissions. As a comparison, the energy sector accounts for roughly 27%, while agriculture, forestry and other land use make up 25%.[1] The prevalence of mobile phone, the emerging trend of the electric vehicle, Internet, renewable energy and 5G network, are indispensable to carbon emissions and ubiquitous in our daily life, of which thermal solutions can contribute to reducing carbon emissions that they generated.
A good thermal solution can prolong product life expectancy and decrease carbon emissions.

Battery is the backbone of electric vehicle and charging station is essential for electric vehicle. The power input can be generated from power plant or solar panel, which is one kind of renewable energy.
  • Battery – Die-casted heat sink process is the perfect solution for battery housing. It can be produced mass output in a short period of time and the scrapped aluminium can be reused on spot to reduce material waste and achieve sustainability.
  • Solar panel – Solar panel, aka PV module, in which the photovoltaic cells use sunlight as a source of energy and generate direct current electricity. Energy storage equipment is particularly significant to preserve energy solar panel produced, which thermal management is the key to success.
Mobile phone

Graphite sheet is often used for mobile phone for heat dissipation. It has unique honeycomb structure which allows thermal transfer in two directions and diffuses rapidly.
