In this newsletter, we present to you our LED heat sink series.

Our heatsink processes include extrusion, forging, die casting and multi-process and with additional treatments such as anodizing, CNC grinding, painting, powder coating, satin finishing and polishing.

Aluminum buckled stamping fins structure to maximize cooling area and built-in heat pipe system to enforce thermal conductivity and dissipation efficiency. Nickel-plated and anodized heatsink surfaces combine the essence of practice and appearance.

Process: Stamping fins, with stocked copper welded Application: High bay light

Customized layers of stamping fins with drilled holes to maintain its outstanding ventilation. The unique radiation shape design carries away heat efficiently. Moreover, the stocked copper structure is another highlight of this model. With stocked copper structure which rapidly absorbs the heat source and dissipates it through layers of stamping aluminum fins. Nickel-plated surface treatment maintains good appearance.

High density of buckled stamping fins enlarge the heat-dissipating area; copper heat pipes are welded perfectly with the heat sink to empower heat conductivity. Various fins heights are designed to satisfy different system solutions.
