Bonded heat sink is combined with two parts, fins and base. Materials can be Aluminum or copper.
Individual straight fins and grooved base plate are bonded by thermal conductive epoxy for high strength and superior performance. High ratio and density of fins increase dissipative surface area, effectively enlarging the maximum area to dissipate heat in a limited space, offering high flexibility in fin dimension of width and length and allowing diverse materials integration (e.g. copper base with aluminum fins) and various fin heights in one solution.
